The incidence of unilateral ectopic kidney is 1 out of 800 autopsies and over 1/3 of all congenital anomal involves urinary tract. I have experienced a male patient with left ectopic kidney located in lower abdomen and pelvis associated with
hydronephrosis and chronic pyelonephritis. His contralateral kidney showed malrotation
